How we support our residents
Our focus is on the comfort and wellbeing of your loved one, and provide our residents with everything they need to feel relaxed in a familiar setting. We have an expert team of 6 registered nurses and 30 trained carers that offer customised, one-on-one care to each of our residents. We use a Care Control system to record your loved one’s care at all times, which you can access for peace of mind, allowing us to continually review and understand their needs.
