Maintaining and promoting independence is key when considering planning the individual care for each of our residents at Ridgegate. This principle will be achieved through individual programmes of activities and occupations designed to encourage independence and maintain skills. Also opportunities will be available to gain new skills and hobbies.
A raised level of self-esteem will be encouraged for each resident by appropriate stimulation, therapies, social interaction and informed choice.
